You may use and modify the designs for free in commercial projects that are not intended for resale, download or distribution. Attribution is not required but is recommended (and appreciated). Examples include:

• A client website
• A company blog header
• An advertising banner

Intended for resale, download or distribution

You may use the designs for free in commercial projects intended for resale, download and/or distribution where the design(s) do not make up the majority of the creative work. Attribution is required in the form of a URL linking back to Christmas HQ. Examples include:

• A website template
• A pack of greeting cards
• A t-shirt campaign

Prohibited Use

You may not use the designs in a way that replicates or competes with Christmas HQ, including, but not limited to:

• A competing or similar service
• Offering the design(s) for free where the design(s) form the majority of the creative work
• Selling the design(s) where the design(s) form the majority of the creative work
